老师一开口，两本英语教材的差异就立刻显露出来了。老师满嘴的主谓宾、时态、句式在我听来就像天书一样，让我晕头转向，于是一直脸红，问旁边那个好看的同学。她回答后，总是把柳眉竖着说：“你连这个都不知道。”。然后转过头对其他同学咕咕了一会儿，让周围的同学都皱着眉头看着我，还悄悄把凳子挪开。看到这一切，我的心里仿佛长出了一丛草，让我很难受。想想我妈临走前对我说的话：“剑桥和新概念不一样。你需要很长时间才能习惯。”那就忍着。
更可怕的还在后面。课间，老师把我叫到讲台上，用手指戳我的`作业。我看到上面画着令人震惊的红色钩子。“看你作业，第一卷怎么学的！”然后她在我的作业上面加了个“c”，摇摇头：“唉，太烂了”。摆手让我下来，好像我已经没救了。我转过头，强忍泪水。
